1972 Alexandre Schaub obtains the diploma and Federal Master's degree in stove and smoke making.
In a small workshop in Lausanne's old town, he creates his first living-room fireplace.
This was the beginning of CHEMINEES CREATION.
With a passion for architecture, he developed a line of architecturally rigorous fireplaces from his very first creations. Soon, more contemporary designs were integrating classical traditions.
The enviable reputation the company enjoys today is based not only on this rigorous line, but also on the skill, know-how and enthusiasm of a team of true professionals.

2012 Serge Henny, Poêlier-Fumiste and CHEMINEES CREATION's last apprentice, takes over the company after 17 years with Mr. Schaub.
The story continues with the same passion for fire and the same know-how.

At CHEMINEES CREATION we listen to you and support you throughout your project.
We use your priorities as the basis for defining the right theme, style and technology.
The creative process revolves around these elements, whether contemporary or traditional.
The architecture of the house and the interior design are the other factors that complete the support for an integrated creation.
Each project is preceded by an in-depth study, with sketches, drawings and plans submitted personally to the customer.
