A warm welcome Herzog Haustechnik AG, based in Lucerne, is a traditional company with a wealth of experience in all areas of building services. Founded in 1937 by Heinrich Herzog in the old town of Lucerne, the sole proprietorship has developed over the decades into one of the leading building services companies in Central Switzerland. Herzog Haustechnik AG, which is now owned by Erwin and Peter Schilliger, employs around 100 people. A quarter of them are apprentices who are trained in seven professions. The commitment to training and further education has a long tradition at Herzog. The company has its own training center, which mainly teaches practical skills in the use of building technology and building energy. The building services demonstration section is unique, covering around 400 m2. Education is thus imparted 1:1 with operational practice.
