Schwab Heizung Sanitär Klima AG is a medium-sized company in Kerzers. We offer consulting, planning and execution in the areas of heating, plumbing, air conditioning, water supply and solar. In addition, we supply and install a wide range of household appliances for kitchen and basement.

Schwab Heizung Sanitär Klima AG was founded in 1904 and is now managed by the fourth generation, Jürg Schwab. We currently employ 28 people, 7 of whom are in training.

Heat pump heating

Heat pumps heat your house in an environmentally friendly way with heat extracted from the ground (ground probe, ground register) or from the outside air. The heat pump covers about ¾ of the heat demand, the rest is generated with electricity.

Oil heating

Thanks to highly developed oil combustion technology, pollutant emissions of soot, nitrogen oxides or sulfur can nowadays be reduced to a minimum.

Bathroom

Many people fear the inconvenience of a bathroom renovation. However, the worries are unnecessary: today, installation-friendly brand-name products and modern pre-wall technology ensure a hassle-free process and save trouble and labor costs. Detailed planning and advice is the be-all and end-all before any renovation or new installation. Rainwater harvesting

Drinking water is a precious commodity, so we must use it sparingly. With rainwater harvesting we can replace drinking water for toilets, washing machines and garden taps with rainwater. If there is no rain for a long time, the system automatically switches to municipal water. Thus, the system works without interruption even during drought.

Softening systems

Your bathroom tiles are dull, the glass of your shower looks cloudy, water sprays out of the outlet screens of your faucets in all directions, and hardly any water comes out of the shower head - the former pleasure of the rain shower gives way to the sight of an ugly dripping shower - and these are only the problems of limescale deposits visible from the outside. You can prevent these problems by water softening and additionally save money and time! The soft water system AQA perla from BWT takes the limescale out of the water so that your shower stays clean. You will also enjoy the incomparable feeling of silky-soft pearl water - for noticeably soft skin and supple, shiny hair and cuddly soft laundry.

Climate

High temperatures reduce human performance, strain the circulatory system and lower the ability to concentrate. Cool heads therefore work, plan and think more successfully. Uniform air conditioning through room air conditioners also increases the storage capacity of goods and foodstuffs.

Air conditioners for sales rooms, offices and EDP rooms

Air-conditioning units are particularly useful for sales rooms that are exposed to high heat loads (e.g. high passenger loads, spotlights for goods presentation), but also for office rooms with large window areas or flat roofs that are heated up by solar radiation. Their use also makes sense in EDP rooms, which must provide relatively constant temperatures. Private households are also increasingly taking advantage of the convenience of cooling and dehumidifying indoor air through air conditioning. Our air-conditioning engineer can provide you with competent advice on the whole subject of ventilation, filtration, cooling and heat recovery. The chosen solution will then be realized 1:1 by our installation staff in optimal quality and efficiency. Only a well-maintained system will meet your comfort requirements. Water supply

Thanks to many years of experience in the construction of drinking water pipelines, several surrounding communities rely on our know-how.Our water supply team is always up to date with the latest technology through courses and training and has the plastic welding test.In the event of a water main break, we are on site within a short time thanks to our 24-hour on-call service. Solar

Renewable energy provides us every day 5000 times more energy than the whole earth needs: Energy that today, thanks to highly efficient solar systems, you can use to produce hot water for your household in an environmentally friendly way! With solar collectors on the roof you can heat your water heater (boiler) in an environmentally friendly way (annual coverage approx. 65%) or contribute additional heat energy to the heating system (annual coverage approx. 25%). By the way: Do you already have an existing storage tank, for example from your wood heating or cooking stove? If so, you are already the owner of a component of your future solar system. A solar system is certainly worthwhile!
