Company history

Kiener AG, which had been in existence since 1965, became Kiener + Stäger AG when Urs Stäger took over the business in 1987. In 1992, Hans-Peter Steiner became co-owner of the company, which led to the name change to Stäger + Steiner AG in 1993. After Hans-Peter Steiner and Mrs. Dominique Steiner-Stehlin became sole proprietors in mid-1999, the company was renamed Steiner-Stehlin AG as of 01.01.2000.
